We had been struggling to get an accurate diagnosis and repair for our GE Monogram fridge through the official GE site and had been without our fridge for 8 days with Thanksgiving a couple of days away and no guarantee of an appointment or a fix. David got us in right away, showed up on time, made a quick diagnosis (which had evaded the GE people), and returned the next day with the right part. The fridge was fixed in the nick of time. We have been searching for years for a trustworthy and reliable LOCAL appliance service person. We will be using Western from now on, for sure.

 

Would recommend: Yes

Anything to add: Only that David is also a very nice person.

I submitted a form review pretty late at night & got a call back within 12 hours, Christina called and mentioned they could have a service tech come between 12-2. The tech was right on time and called before to let me know when he would be here. David was able to find the problem, get the part and fix our fridge within 1.5 hours. I am very happy with the service from Western Appliance Solution!

On April 24th we had a gas leak in four places on our Fisher & Paykel Range Range. The service Technician, David, repaired them with knowledge and care. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems that you may have. I will certainly call them again. This was a very serious problem and surely would have ended up on the news! Thank You.
